How do I place an order?
When you find the product you wish to buy, click on the Buy button to place it in your cart. Follow the instructions on the checkout process to complete the order. Your order will only be placed at the end of the checkout process; at that point you will be asked your data for the payment.

You can follow the state of your order in real time in your personal area on the website www.lurich.com.
How is my order packaged?
You will receive your order in a personalised Lurich box, the purchased products will be inside their original packaging together with their warranty certificate.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship all over Italy - with the exception of Livigno - and to EU member countries. For shipping outside of the EU, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. We cannot ship to Post boxes and Poste Restante.
What are the payment methods?
The payment can be made by PayPal, Credit card, Bank payment and Pagantis. All transactions are secured according to the latest security standards. Payment by cash on delivery is not possible.
I purchased a product in the wrong size, can I exchange it?
You can buy the product in the correct size on our e-commerce and proceed to the return of the wrong product following the instructions presented in our general conditions of purchase.
How can I return a product?
It is possible to return a product purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery provided that the product is in the same conditions as it was received, in the original packaging and complete with all the accompanying materials. To request a return, it is necessary to write to firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the instructions received via e-mail.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty exclusively covers the manufacturing defects identified and confirmed by the technicians of our Quality Control within 24 months from the adequately verified purchase. Instead, damages caused by inappropriate use, incidents, accidental events, alterations that are natural or derived by wear and modifications caused by normal use of the product are completely excluded from the certificate. Moreover, the Certificate will always be void in the case of products on which an intervention from a third party has been done.
How can I care for my jewellery?
Follow these important suggestions.
Wash your jewellery often with lukewarm water and neutral soap and dry them with a soft clean cloth: perfumes, hairspray, makeup and sweat can dim the shine of pearls and gems as well as darken or stain gold and silver. Regular cleaning helps preserve their original shine.
Store jewels set with diamonds separately from other jewels: because of their extreme hardness, diamonds can actually scratch gold and ruin other precious stones (especially pearls). Pearls, like all jewels, retain their light and beauty if worn regularly.
